Strategic planning
A strategy alone will not suffice; we also need plans. Similarly, plans without an overarching strategy will not get us to the goal post. It is no easy feat to get all the pieces to click into place but when we do, it is rewarding. Which of these objects has your organization (or your clients) struggled with most?

Although progress is not linear; there is a very clear pattern. If we can make it through some initial “pain” we can reach the “gain”. If we can avoid getting discouraged, we will eventually see the dividends. So much in life follows this rule -- and organizational maturity is no different. We need to pass through the transition state in order to arrive at the future state.
