Funding Goal

The desired future state of affairs and criteria used by the owner group to select the preferred funding model.

The funding goals are ultimately translated into a funding plan that is implemented by the owner group.
Examples
Listed below are some brief examples of funding goals within the field of asset management:
  • "To reduce the number of projects that must be funded by special assessment."
  • "To eliminate all special assessments over the next five years."
