Enhanced FCA
A form of Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) that has the following basic scope definition, quality definition and attributes:

A.  This includes a Standard FCA plus the following additional types of assessments:

B.  This could also include the following additional levels of assessment:
C. This could also include the following additional indexing:
An Enhanced FCA is generally defined as a "Level-3" or "Level-4" Assessment

An assessment of an In-Scope Facility and the portion of Site allocated to the Facility using a methodology and scope that exceeds the Standard FCA. Enhanced FCAs are not an In-Scope Service and are therefore an Ad Hoc Service.
