Caretaker
The building custodian who provides day to day services, including the following:
  • Maintenance services, typically at Level-1 only
  • Janitorial services / housekeeping,
  • Groundskeeping
  • Administrative services.
The caretaker has the following attributes:
  • Typically reports directly to the property manager and/or the board and/or the custodian.
The maintenance plan organized by team member participation.
