Preservation Needs
 1.  Maintenance Plan The Maintenance Plan provides an inventory of all assets.
The Maintenance Plan identifies the location of each type of asset.
Maintenance Plans do not always indicate the replacement value of the assets or the annual maintenance costs. - - 1 Maintenance plans require periodic updates to reflect the changing condition of the assets. Depending on the type of maintenance plan, the means, methods, techniques and sequences are left to the discretion of the service contractors and are not prescribed within the plan/manual. -
           Single Season
 2.  Maintenance Review The Maintenance Review contemplates all the assets that were identified in the Maintenance Plan. Maintenance reviews generally do not repeat the baseline data that is recorded in the maintenance plan. Therefore, detailed information about the location of the various assets is not part of this service scope.
- Condition evaluation is limited only to a visual assessment of maintenance backlog identification. No destructive testing is carried out.

The Warranty Review only indicates the location of those assets that are still covered under warranty. - 1 Warranty reviews often include recommendations that any warranty defect should be referred to the warranty provider. Any deficiencies that are not warranty claims (such as general maintenance items) are not necessarily quantified as part of the warranty review. The warranty review may identify a list of claims that should be referred to the warranty provider. - -
