Operations & Maintenance Support Information (OMSI)
OMSI requires the contractor and/or consultants to provide an electronic copy of the product and system information (documents) at the end of the construction phase of a project.


Purpose of the OMSI:
  • To empower the owner to properly maintain the assets.
