  • Bounded by local statutes
  • The consequence (or risks) of failing to carry out the maintenance are high-impact.
  • High safety significance   
  • Annual testing of the fire safety equipment
  • Monthly servicing of the elevators
  • Clearing of the roof drains
  • Inspection of the exterior sealant
