Maintenance Deficiency

A single unfavourable symptoms of an asset resulting from a lack of prescribed maintenance tasks and not as a result of other factors such as  a warranty defect or force majeur.

The maintenance deficiency requires some type of corrective action, such as maintenance or repair, in order to satisfy a desired level of functionality and performance.
