Important
Some action or event that has significance if it is not carried out. Important events may not be urgent at the present time, but will eventually be both urgent and important.

For example:
  • It is important that we lubricate our pumps.
  • It is important that we conduct a warranty review before our warranty expires. Our warranty only expires in 18 months so it is not yet urgent.
