Certified Reserve Planner (CRP)
One of five primary designations in North America as reserve analyst.

The professional designation/certification provided by the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC) to persons who have demonstrated the skills and knowledge to prepare reserve studies (depreciation reports).

The Certified Reserve Planner (CRP) designation transitions individuals with educational and work experience as engineers and engineering technicians/technologists, professional appraisers, quantity surveyors, and architects to a career in reserve fund planning and management. The CRP is knowledgeable in building sciences and component costing and performs complex financial analysis.
